Create module family 'lumerical' for 'lumerical' and 'fdtd_solutions'
Both Lumerical and FDTD-solutions are modules that need to be installed into the user-home via EasyBuild,
because we don't have authorization to install it into /cvmfs/restricted.... (yet).
